Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- Australia Metro Areas: 3–7 business days
- Regional Australia: 5–10 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, peak periods, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. PawPilot is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses supplied during checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@pawpilot.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
