Refunds & Returns Policy

At PawPilot, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@pawpilot.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work quickly to provide a replacement or refund.

PawPilot complies with all applicable Australian Consumer Law rights and guarantees. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
